The company has introduced various tools and mechanisms that can be used to perform PalPay transactions for all categories of citizens—both banked and unbanked—ensuring fast and secure settlement of all financial obligations.

About Us

PalPay was established in 2010 as a joint venture between the Bank of Palestine, the country’s leading national bank, and PCNC IT Solutions, a pioneering company in software and technology.
The goal was to create a new electronic collection system, primarily in Palestine and more broadly across the region. The idea emerged after decades of successful experience in credit card acceptance via global companies VISA and MasterCard in the Palestinian market. This success was achieved through the development of software, obtaining the necessary international licenses, and the strong performance of the Bank of Palestine with merchants and banking clients using their cards. The network has expanded to over 6,000 points of sale across Palestine, allowing citizens with credit cards to use them through the merchant network contracted with the Bank of Palestine.
